Summer Preggy Tips
With the onset of temperature surges all over the country this season, expectant mothers will especially feel uncomfortable. It's not just you who will suffer from overheating, however; the sweltering months can be bad for the baby as well. Pregnant women have higher risk to get dehydrated, and this can lead to fainting, painful leg cramps, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke. You can alleviate the heat by altering your wardrobe—ditch the black or navy stretchy pants as they are heat magnets. Choose fabrics that breathe, and pastel colors. Limit your outdoor activities and stay away from saunas or Jacuzzis for a while. Also, try to take cool dips in the tub at night.
