Skin Deep


Summer is upon us, and with things heating up, bared skins are quite a common sighting. But before you don those tank tops and shorts, remember to take necessary precautions to aid your exposed skin. Apply sunblock 2 to 3 times a day, and for those who are out on the beach, apply it every 80 minutes. Exfoliate at least once a week to remove dead skin cells, and of course, lots of fluids and a healthy diet are ideal.
