Peanut Butter Is Good For You

Some brands of peanut butter may contain partially hydrogenated oils that can cause stroke, coronary heart disease, and atherosclerosis, but generally, the popular sandwich spread is also very healthy. Raw or less refined peanut butter is especially good for you because it contains vitamins B3 and E, magnesium, and protein. Monounsaturated fat is also present, which reduces low-density lipoprotein cholesterol. So rather than avoiding this sweet treat, you can still serve and have it in moderation and benefit from all the goodness that's within.
