Barbie For A Cause

One of our Most Beautiful Moms, Tessa Prieto-Valdes, hosted a charity auction of Barbie dolls at the Power Pant Mall lobby for the "Barbie: Pretty in Pink" event last February 25-27. The dolls were wearing creations by the country's top designers such as Rajo Laurel, Lulu Tan Gan, James Reyes, Oj Hofer, and as well as fashion design students from Slim's. The fund-raising event was a huge success, garnering around P250,000 that were given to the following charities: The Philippine Red Cross, Bantay Bata 163, Tahanan Sta. Luisita, Gifts and Graces, and the Assumption HS 81 Foundation.
