Welcome the Christmas Season!

To start off the ho-ho-holidays, we bring you joyous news about an expectant 41-year old crooner (yes, 40's is the new 30's), Mariah Carey, who just recorded her appearance at the Rockefeller Center’s annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony last week in New York City. Mariah and her husband, Nick Cannon, will soon be parents this spring. Time to bring out those "Love, Actually" DVDs! I don't want a lot for Christmas...take it away, Mimi...

BC US Hautest Dad Gavin Rossdale Was Once Gay?

In an interview with Details Magazine, Bush frontman, Gavin Rossdale (AKA Gwen Stefani's husband, and dad to her 2 kids), comes out in more ways than one.

Details: Last year, the cross-dressing pop singer Marilyn revealed that he was romantically involved with you in your teens--an assertion Boy George first made in 1995. Why haven't you talked about those claims?
Gavin Rossdale: I think at the outset there was a sort of fear--that was right at the beginning of Bush, and I didn't want it to be part of it. It felt like a cheap shot, so I was like, "I'm not getting involved." I've never wanted to appear closed about it. It's not something I've talked about really because it's always been in the glare of a tabloid world. It's just one of those things: Move on. When you're 17, Jesus Christ. I don't think there's anything strange about any form of--you're learning about life. It's a part of growing up. That's it. No more, no less.

Details: So it was just a one-time experimentation?
Gavin Rossdale: Yeah. That was it. You have to know what you like, and I know what I like.

BC's MBM, Ms. Bea Lucero-Lhuillier

It is our honor to feature one of our country's most famous (and most beautiful) Olympians. You would never guess that Bea has 4 children, because she looks almost exactly the same as our memory of her during her Milo TVC days. She is a very hands-on mom, and Dominique looks so proud to be holding her hand. Bea said that her husband, Jean Henri Lhuillier, really likes her BC photo. We're only happy to do those hazel eyes and lovely face any justice.

BC's MBM, Diana Go-Dy

Thank you very much to BC's MBM, Ms. Diana Go-Dy, for gracing the BC Launch exhibit. Diana looks like your typical chinita heartthrob in school, and has the type of face that you want to see more of. An entrepreneur who brings in gadgets such as the Flip video, Polaroid, Ricoh etc., and is the manufacturer of Daphne Linens, she is a savvy businesswoman and is a delight to hang out with.

BC's MBM, Carlene Aguilar-Ocampo

Thank you very much to BC's MBM, Ms. Carlene Aguilar-Ocampo, and husband Yo Ocampo, for gracing the BC Launch exhibit. Talk about tall, tanned, young, and lovely--can anyone fit the bill as much as Carlene does? She is a headturner alright, and that tattoo on her wrist shows you that there is a bit (or a lot?) of a rebel in this interesting woman. Her handsome son, Calix, looks so happy to be with his mom, and it was a treat to witness the lovely family having fun together.

BC's MBM, Ms. Angelu de Leon-Rivera

Thank you very much to BC's MBM, Ms. Angelu de Leon-Rivera, and her husband, Wowie Rivera, for gracing the BC Launch exhibit. First of all, congratulations to these newlyweds! Angelu looks absolutely glowing, and there are no physical signs that she already has two grown daughters--judging from how youthful she looks to date.  Genuinely sweet, she is a true pleasure to work with and be around. Wishing them more years of marital and family bliss!

BC's MBM, Ms. Tintin Bersola-Babao

Thank you very much to BC's MBM, Ms. Christine Bersola-Babao, for gracing the BC Launch exhibit. Although her daughter Antonia was not able to make it due to homework (the event fell on a Monday, and Antonia was there when we did Tin's photo shoot), Tintin was all smiles after having braved the, yes, bumper-to-bumper road situation. Her smile and presence brightens up any room, and she is so great as a host that she even has her own successful online show, parentin.tv.

BC's MBM, Tessa Prieto-Valdes

Thank you very much to BC's MBM, Ms. Tessa Prieto-Valdes, and darling daughter Athena, for gracing the BC Launch exhibit. A party will not be complete without THE Tessa. You don't even need to mention her last name because she is the most famous "Tessa" in the Philippines. It's not just her grand outfits that make her who she is--people love Tessa because she is magnanimous, lovable, and sincere. She makes you feel that you've known each other for the longest time, and she is at home in any environment. It is very obvious in her daughter's eyes that she is enamored with her mom--Athena was all smiles as they went through the magazines pages together, and was beaming as her mom kept praising how cute she looked in BC.

BC's MBM, Dimples Romana-Ahmee

Thank you very much to BC's MBM, Ms. Dimples Romana-Ahmee, and husband Boyet Ahmee (with his family), for gracing the BC Launch exhibit. Braving the traffic from work up North, Dimples arrives at the event as fresh-faced as one can expect someone who is named "Dimples." Her cuteness and overall charming personality just lights up the room. Aside from being an actress, she is also an owner of Red Digital Studios, and loves photography as a hobby--when she's not busy taking care of (and doing homework with!) her equally lovely daughter, Callie.

BC's MBM, Ms. Marilen Faustino-Montenegro

Thank you very much to BC's MBM, Ms. Marilen Faustino-Montenegro, and her husband, Hans Montenegro, for gracing the BC Launch exhibit. It was a true pleasure having Hans host the event--because not only is his wife one of BC's MBM, we think he is one of the best hosts in this country. Marilen, who is an interior designer by profession, is currently "working on" their scrumptious son, Santiago. She is also an advocate of breastfeeding. Her pixie cut only emphasizes her gorgeous face, and like our other MBM's, you can never tell that a baby popped out of her body just a few months ago.

BC's MBM, Cheska Garcia-Kramer

Thank you very much to BC's MBM, Ms. Cheska Garcia-Kramer, and her husband, Doug Kramer, for gracing the BC Launch exhibit. Due to the horrendous traffic that night, Cheska was literally in and out of the event because she had a dinner party at home that she was missing. She was supposed to attend the event, and have more than enough time to travel back for her party. But Manila traffic changes plans (and lives!), but regardless, the night wouldn't have been complete without this ethereal beauty's presence.

BC's MBM, Ms. Sherilyn Reyes-Tan

Thank you very much to BC's MBM, Ms. Sherilyn Reyes-Tan, and her husband, Chris Tan, for gracing the BC Launch exhibit. Clad in a figure-hugging peach Herve Leger dress (matched with a blue version of the Muniz shoes she wore in the shoot!), that leaves you wondering where her kids came out--judging from that insanely-sexy body. Shey also found out a few days ago that they are expecting baby no. 3! Guess this is what happens when you get on BC's Most Beautiful Moms list, haha. Watch out, hot mommas in the house!

BC's MBM, Ms. Georgia Schulze-del Rosario

Thank you very much to BC's MBM, Ms. Georgia Schulze-del Rosario and her equally gorgeous family, for gracing the BC Launch exhibit. You would never guess that Georgia is also a wedding planner and writer by profession, judging from her killer looks alone. With legs that go on for miles, it is no wonder she has bagged covers and ad campaigns left and right. She is also a very hands-on mom, and thinks that the unselfishness in motherhood makes it beautiful. Very well said.

BC's MBM, Ms. Pia Arroyo-Magalona

Thank you very much to BC's MBM, Ms. Pia Magalona (and beautiful daughter, Clara), for gracing the BC Launch exhibit. Pia says that her mom really liked her photo in BC, and with the latter having worked in the advertising industry for a long time, Pia adds that her mom is not easy to please and does not freely give compliments nor criticism, so those words truly made our night. We have nothing but praise for Pia, and think she is not only one of the most beautiful mothers on the outside--but right where it matters the most--in one's soul. Meeting Pia has already enriched our lives tenfold.

MBM Ms. Amanda Girffin-Jacob

Thank you very much to BC's MBM, Ms. Amanda Griffin-Jacob (and baby Kieran), for gracing the BC Launch exhibit last Nov. 22. She is not only a gorgeous momma, she is extremely--and more importantly--consistently nice. She also achieved the highly-improbable "looking hotter after you've given birth" bit. Amanda is currently exclusively nursing her adorable son, and is also thinking about raising him as a vegetarian for the first few years.
